CPL UK have excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist to provide urgent locum cover from April 2026 until mid June 2026 with our fantastic client in the Channel Islands.
The Gastro team on the island require a locum doctor to start as soon as possible and provide at least 1 week cover in April. In Early May there is some flexibility to come or go for a week or two if needed but they will definitely then need cover from mid May to mid June.
Doctors need to have current NHS Experience and GMC Spec Reg to ensure the island health board can give approval and indemnity cover. This is non negotiable.
This work can fall outside IR35 which means payment can be made direct to your limited company on a weekly basis. Pay rate is expected to be £120-125 per hour.
The client will cover the cost of one return flight to and from the UK to the island. You will be allocated single accommodation in stunning holiday apartments free of charge however there may be a chance to upgrade to family accommodation at your own cost.
The team also provide a rental car solely for your use during the entire placement.
