Consultant Gastroenterologist – Locum Opportunity (Up to 10 PAs)
Location: Southmead Hospital (with potential travel to peripheral clinic sites)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist to join our team on a 3-month locum contract. This role is predominantly outpatient-focused, delivering high-quality new patient activity (face-to-face). The successful clinician will help support service capacity by covering rota gaps created by annual leave and other short-term demands.
This is a Monday to Friday position with no on-call and no ward cover, offering a stable and predictable work pattern within a supportive Gastroenterology department.
Indicative Job Plan (10 PAs per week)
While a final timetable will be arranged once a clinician is confirmed (aiming to provide a 4–6 week rolling schedule), the planned PA breakdown is:

Flexibility
