Being a government organisation, MNGHA has many similarities to working in the UK and therefore we always recommend it as the perfect place for a doctor who’s familiar with the NHS to join, especially if it’s your first time working in Saudi Arabia. They have a forty-hour working week split over five days, offering an excellent balance between work and family as well as similar responsibilities and departmental structure that you would be used to making the transition more seamless for both you, and your family.

They offer excellent benefits which includes free fully furnished housing in a western compound, free flight tickets, an educational allowance for your dependents, free healthcare for you and your dependents and more. They also offer above market rate salaries and combined with the generous benefits makes for a very favourable package.

You will be housed in the onsite accommodation with the required amenities and facilities for you and your family to enjoy, as well as being close to all the opportunities that Jeddah has to offer for your leisure time.

The facility offers primary, secondary, and tertiary care to MNGHA personnel, civilian employees, their dependents, and VIP patients within the western region.

This hospital has a large focus of disease prevention, and provides specialist care in Anaesthesia & ICU, Cardiopulmonary Services, Oral & Dental Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Medical Imaging, General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and different types of Surgery.

It is also home to a state-of-the-art Oncology Centre opened in 2001 with Medical Oncology and Paediatric Oncology as the focus. Subsequent developments have expanded services to include Bone Marrow Transplantation, Brachytherapy, and a variety of Outreach Programs.
